Inspection is conducted during production and prior to stock entry to ensure dimensional accuracy, tolerance compliance, and functional performance of all machined components.

Specialized testing is carried out to evaluate elasticity, heat resistance, and tensile strength, ensuring all rubber components meet required performance standards before stock entry.

Quality Control Test Units

SRP operates dedicated test units designed to evaluate the dimensional, functional, and operational characteristics of manufactured spare parts. These units support controlled verification of the products, ensuring parts are suitable for real working conditions before release.

Leaving the production line, all hydraulic pumps, hydromotors, brake and control valves, water circulation pumps, and diesel pumps are tested on our test units before any sales are permitted.
