Testing & Approval

The prototype is tested and evaluated against defined criteria. Once approved, the design is finalized for series production.

Engineering Adjustments and Resulting Improvements

Through production feedback and engineering evaluation, SRP applies targeted adjustments to selected spare parts. These refinements are based on real operating conditions and aim to improve fitment, durability, and functional performance.

Cover

The original material of the cover shown in the image is PA plastic. The component is continuously exposed to high temperatures in its operating environment and is also located in a position where it is at the risk of mechanical impact. Therefore, the risk of breakage is quite high.

For this reason, in our HD-SRP branded product, which is manufactured in-house, we carried out development improvements and transitioned to a cast steel material. As a result, we now offer a more durable and longer-lasting product for your use.

Circulation pump

The circulation pump shown in the image is originally manufactured without a coating. As part of our R&D studies, we aimed to enhance the corrosion resistance of both the internal and external surfaces of the pump. Accordingly, various coating methods were applied, and durability and lifespan tests were carried out.

As shown on the right, we offer a coated product option under our HD-SRP brand for the use of our customers. Additionally, for customers who prefer, we also provide the uncoated product under the SRP brand, as in its original form.
